  • The class menu features three exquisite macarons: Classic Vanilla, Rich Chocolate, and Refreshing Raspberry. Each one showcases a different aspect of macaron making, from mastering the basic shell to experimenting with creative fillings.

About the instructor

Chef Thibault Livernette, the pastry chef at Moulin in Orange County, CA, brings authentic French patisserie to California, blending traditional flavors with modern flair. His refined techniques produce exquisite pastries that embody the essence of French baking.

With a high-level experience as Pastry Chef at Christophe Michalak’s Paris shop, Chef Thibault combines classic pastry-making with teaching expertise. His time at Pâtisserie La Goutte d'Or in Martinique introduced tropical influences that enrich his unique style.

Since 2023, he has led Moulin’s pastry team, crafting elevated pastries and offering immersive classes for beginners and enthusiasts focused on mastering fundamentals and creative decoration techniques.
